Right from the beginning, when we first started building at the farm, there has always been an importance on being able to prepare and cook quality food. The out door kitchen combines smoking meat in the chimney of a fire place, a wood fire pizza oven and a Brazilian BBQ, with some gas powered cooking options.
There is never a shortage of master chefs either.
With a handful of regulars conquering the art of smoking meat and Brazilian BBQ techniques. Chef Bim has been involved right from the beginning. He has created a fusion of Filipino and Australian. His go to specialities are Peking Duck Pancakes and slow cooked marinated pork neck.
Dominating the wood fire pizza oven is Tony Lucia. With his Italian heritage, and recently selling his pizza shop, he has been making pizza for as long as he can remember, and they are delicious.
Meanwhile, over in the back ground is our Croatian duo, Zoran and Slav. They take control of the whole beast on the spit section, and never fail to deliver succulent, juicy, tender slabs of pork and lamb.
You will be provide with food every time you turn around — breakfast, lunch and dinner. We strive to improve every year and 2018 will be no exception. If there is one thing the Bendings know how to do well, it’s eating!
